Station 21 offers a variety of fully furnished floor plan layouts, including two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments for rent. Please view our Floor Plans page for additional information.
Yes, Station 21 is a pet friendly community! All pets must be registered with PetScreening, our third-party screening service. Contact our leasing office to learn more about our Pet Policy.

Station 21 is now taking applications for the 2026-27 term, running from August 11, 2026, to July 30, 2027.
Residents can pay their monthly installments through the online resident portal or in person by check or money order.

Location
Station 21 is less than two miles from Purdue University, or about a 4-minute drive or 9-minute bike ride from campus. We also offer private on-site parking, making it easy to commute by car to classes, jobs, or extracurricular activities.
Purdue University’s campus transit system has a stop right outside our property, making it easy for residents to bus to game days, class, and other on-campus events from our West Lafayette apartments.
Station 21 is near countless destinations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Within a 6-minute drive of our West Lafayette student apartments are several local and chain favorites, such as Walmart, Culver’s, Slim Chickens, Celery Bog Nature Area, and Loeb Playhouse.
